Clear terms for fair collaboration

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for Appeneure’s mobile and web development services.
 It exists to ensure transparency and fairness for both parties.

1. General Overview

Appeneure provides custom software development services.
All payments are linked to time, effort, and agreed milestones.
Once work has started, refunds are limited and handled strictly based on the stage of the project.

  1. Project Cancellation by Client

Cancellation does not waive payment obligations for work already performed.

Clients may request project cancellation by providing written notice via email.
Any work completed up to the cancellation date remains billable

  • Payments made for completed or ongoing milestones are non-refundable

  • Access to delivered work up to that stage will be provided upon settlement of dues

3. Project Cancellation by Appeneure

  • The client will be billed only for work completed up to the cancellation date

  • Any unused advance (if applicable) may be reviewed for adjustment

In such cases:

  • Repeated non-payment

  • Extended lack of communication or feedback

  • Breach of agreed terms

In rare cases, Appeneure may cancel a project due to:

  • Any refund consideration is strictly milestone-based and at Appeneure’s discretion

  • No refunds are provided for completed milestones or delivered work

Custom development effort, planning, and resource allocation are non-reversible.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Discovery, planning, or consultation work

  • Design or development already completed

  • Time spent on revisions or meetings

  • Third-party tools, licenses, hosting, or app store fees

6. Delays Due to Client Dependencies

No refunds apply for idle or reserved development time.

  • Delayed feedback

  • Change in requirements

Any concerns related to cancellation or billing should be raised promptly. We encourage resolution through discussion before escalation.
