By using Appeneure’s website or engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.
These terms are designed to create clarity, fairness, and smooth collaboration throughout the product development lifecycle.
1. Scope of Services
Appeneure provides services including:
Mobile application development (iOS, Android, cross-platform)
Web application development
UI/UX design
Product consulting and technical support
All work is delivered based on an agreed scope, timeline, and milestones defined before project initiation.
Project Engagement & Scope
Each project begins after:
Requirements are reviewed and confirmed
Scope and deliverables are finalized
Commercial terms are agreed in writing
Any request outside the agreed scope is treated as a scope change and may require revised timelines or additional cost approval.
3. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate requirements and assets
Share feedback and approvals within agreed timelines
Appoint a single point of contact for decisions
To ensure timely delivery, clients agree to:
Delays in feedback or approvals may affect delivery schedules.
4. Development Process
Our development process may include:
Iterative builds and milestone-based delivery
Review and feedback cycles
Bug fixes aligned with the approved scope
Minor revisions are included unless stated otherwise. Major changes are handled as scope updates.
5. Payments & Milestones
Payments are linked to defined milestones
Invoices are payable as per agreed terms
Ongoing work may be paused in case of delayed payments
All pricing is finalized before development begins.
6. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
However, no digital system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
Upon full payment, ownership of custom-developed code is transferred to the client
Appeneure retains rights to reusable components, frameworks, and internal libraries
Third-party tools, SDKs, or open-source libraries are governed by their respective licenses
7. App Store & Deployment
For mobile applications:
App store approvals (Apple App Store / Google Play Store) are subject to third-party review processes
Appeneure is not responsible for delays or rejections caused by app store policies
For web applications:
Hosting, domains, and third-party services are client-owned unless agreed otherwise
8. Post-Delivery Support
Post-launch support or maintenance is provided only if included in the agreement
Requests beyond the agreed scope may be billed separately
9. Confidentiality
All project-related information shared by clients is treated as confidential and used solely for project execution.
10. Limitation of Liability
Appeneure is not liable for:
Liability, if applicable, is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.
Losses caused by third-party platforms, APIs, or services
App store policy changes or platform updates
Indirect or consequential damages
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice.
Work completed until the termination date must be settled as per agreed milestones.
12. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated periodically.
The latest version will always be available on this page.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
